Steve Cohen
Founder and President of the Shivas Irons Society, a non-profit organization, which, since 1992, has provided opportunities for community, discovery and transformation through golf. Among its primary objectives is promoting sound environmental practices in golf course development and design.

Dennis Cone
Dennis founded the PCA-Professional Caddie Association Foundation, and believes that golf and caddying teaches children life and social skills. Since 1997 this group has help certifiy and train more than 10,500 caddies worldwide, and runs extensive training  programs worldwide.

Jack C. Dozier
Jack C. Dozier has served as the executive director of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP) since 1990. GAWP is a not-for-profit association with membership of over 5,000 water and wastewater treatment plant operators and managers, municipal and industrial officials and environmental managers, civil engineers, environmental engineers, scientists, manufacturers and their representatives, contractors, elected officials and others concerned with wisely using and preserving Georgia's water resources.
In his 35-year professional career, Jack Dozier also helped create the Georgia Water Alliance, which provides a collective voice of reason to ensure that Georgia’s environmental planning efforts maintain a balanced focus so that the mutual goals of protecting the environment, protecting the public health and safety, and providing for a strong economy are all taken into consideration.
Dozier holds two engineering degrees from Duke University. As Georgia has struggled to cope with an extended drought of unprecedented proportions over the past five years, Dozier has worked closely with the golf course industry to promote best management practices and water conservation, and to ensure that the golf course industry was treated fairly when the State was forced to implement increasing severe restrictions on outdoor watering.

Aaron Goh
With over three and half years in the golf industry, Aaron's experience includes a stint as Callaway Golf's Southeast Asian product training representative and editor for Asia's leading golf magazine, Asian Golf Monthly. He currently resides in Melbourne, Australia and is still among the contributing editors for the magazine. He leads various IGOLF media projects.

Irene Lye Lin Heng
Assoc Prof Lye Lin Heng chairs the M. Sc. (Env. Mgt.) Program at the National University of Singapore (NUS), a multi-disciplinary programme involving seven faculties/schools in NUS, with the collaboration of the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies (FES). She is also deputy director of the Law Faculty's Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law, and teaches courses on environmental law at the NUS as well as at Yale FES.
She is a member of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law's Governing Council, and co-chair of its Teaching and Capacity-Building Committee.
Irene was honorary legal advisor to the Nature Society Singapore for many years.

Emeritus Professor Koh Kheng Lian, Ph.D.
Koh Kheng Lian is the director of the Asia - Pacific Centre for Environmental Law, Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS), and teaches environmental law at the Faculty. She was the IUCN Commission on Environmental Law Regional Vice Chair for South and East Asia, and a member of its Steering Committee from 1996 to 2004. In 2007, she was awarded the honorary title of Emeritus Professor for her distinguished scholarship and conspicuous service to NUS. From 1980 to 1986, she served as a legal officer in the secretariat of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in Vienna.

Satish Kukreja
Brigadier General Satish Kukreja retired in 2000 after having served in the Indian Army for over 35 years in various command and staff appointments. During this period he learned to play and promoted golf and also captained two Army golf courses: Jammu and Bareilly.  He is an active traveler and in his global voyages he combines his experience of leadership, organizational ability, people management and financial management to benefit the people and companies with which he works. He is the Honorary CEO of the Indian Society For Bone and Mineral Research, working to create awareness about osteoporosis – because of its health benefits for the bones (exercise and Vitamin D from sunlight), he recommends that everyone plays golf to strengthen their bones.

Pirapon Namatra
Pirapon Namatra is one of Thailand’s leading golf course architects, who designs courses which respect the environment.  He studied civil engineering in the United States and returned to his native Thailand to create his company GolfEast. Pirapon has designed some of Thailand’s most prominent courses, including Banyan Golf Club, Santiburi Samui and the new Singha Park Khonkaen Golf Club.  He has renovated such courses as Blue Canyon Country Club (Lake Course), Suwan Golf and Country Club and Royal Hua Hin Golf Course.

Ma. Cheryll Manzano Patulot
Cheryll has been a pioneer in promoting environmental sustainability in golf in the Philippines. Since 1996 she has been responsible for developing and implementing internationally-recognized environmental programs for Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club, to the point where the club has been awarded ISO 14001:2004 certification, the first golf course in the Asia-Pacific region so recognized. She co-authored, with John MacKinnon, the basic reference Guidelines on Maximizing Biodiversity on Golf Courses.

Weerayudth Phetbuasak
Major General Weerayudth Phetbuasak, director of the Weeyos Design Group, is a leading Thai golf architect who has designed some of Thailand’s leading golf courses. Some of his highlights: Sir James Country Club, Narai Hill Golf Resort, Suwan Country Club, and Bangkok Golf Club (which is an IGOLF Laureate Course member). He is expanding internationally, having designed the Phokeethra Golf Club in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and is working on a new golf course in Inner Mongolia, China. He holds advanced engineering degrees from universities in Thailand and the United States, which gives him a strong understanding of how to create environmentally-friendly irrigation systems and other golf-related infrastructures. Nevertheless, his philosophy respects the site: “I try to let the environment shape the holes and never try to force an idea onto a piece of land.”

Andy Sundberg
Andy Sundberg helps IGOLF with international negotiations to ensure that public servants worldwide promote and encourage environmentally-sustainable golf. He also liaises with large international corporations on IGOLF’s behalf.
Andy is a  graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University in England . He served as a naval officer on board U.S. combat ships in Cuban waters during the Cuban Quarantine and in the north of the Gulf of Tonkin during the Vietnam War. Since moving to Geneva, Switzerland, in 1968, he has been a consultant helping major corporations, governments and international organizations evaluate international investments opportunities. He is a life member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, a member of the Board of the Millennium Institute in Washington, and the Marine Resources Development Foundation in Key Largo, Florida. He was the founder of the American Children’s Citizens Rights League in Geneva in 1977, and American Citizens Abroad in 1978 (an organization that now has members in more than 90 countries). In 1988 he ran as a favorite son presidential candidate in the worldwide overseas Democratic Party primary election and came in third, having won the vote in more than five countries. He is currently creating new micro-finance projects in Africa in partnerships with African diaspora groups living in Europe.

Micah Woods, Ph.D.
Micah is the president and research director of the Asian Turfgrass Center. He has been a golf course superintendent in China and Japan and provides information and advice about turfgrass management to golf courses in the Asia Pacific region. He is an expert on soil nutrient availability to golf course turfgrass. His research on turfgrass in Southeast Asia will lead to improved management guides for tropical turfgrass management.
